18 pages in. I am a huge King fan, and even though his Bill Hodges books have been some of my least favourite, I still love the characters. This does not fill me with hope for Bill 😩

A beautifully written book that deals with the feelings that we all go through when we loose a loved one. It resonated with me on so many layers. It's a very short and easy read, but that makes it no less powerful and poignant. Highly recommend.
I love re-tellings and re-imaginings. So this book was a bit of a no brainer for me. The idea of taking the classic Oz mythos and characters and turning them on their head was great - who's bad, who's good? It was a solid story that kept me hooked. Looking forward to reading the next installment!
This book completely lived up to the hype! It was a roller coaster ride from start to end. You find yourself drawn into the story from the first page, and by the end of the book you are so invested in the characters that the next book can't come fast enough! 😊
