E. Lockhart may have hit it big with We Were Liars, but her earlier work, The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau-Banks, is phenomenal.

This reminded me of everything I loved about John Irving's The World According to Garp. (and Irving gave a great blurb for the book!!) Highly reccomended reading.

Amazing. I haven't loved a book like this in a long time. It reminded me of His Dark Materials while still being completely fresh and engrossing. Dying to read the sequel.
