I must admit, I watched the series first and had barely found out it was from a book so I recently read it. I felt the beginning followed the show a lot. Coincidentally both the show and the book made me hate the girl and kinda like the guy (how effed up is that?). I will say, in the book towards the end he was slightly more annoying, but that can be attributed to his obsession. He over-rationalized things to fit his mindset, but don't we all?

I've heard mixed reviews on this one. I tend to go towards psychological thrillers though so had to give this book a chance. I really enjoyed the book. The main character was a little repetitive but I think it was just to extend the seriousness of what was going on. Makes you wonder about what other people are going through when no one is watching.

This was good for a quick lighter read. It did have me yelling at the characters to just TALK to each other, but I feel that's common and wouldn't have made for such a story.

I really enjoyed the turns in this book and trying to figure out how everything tied together. It laid out the story well and wasn't full of too much fluff. I didn't feel like the book rushed the ending, which I see often in a lot of books. Well thought out.
