A worthwhile cause with stand-out submissions from Ha Jin, Mark Di Ionno, Julia Alvarez, Louise Erdrich, Bliss Broyard; meaty dystopia from Joyce Carol Oates and Sarah Paretsky, and a forward from Viet Thanh Nguyen that's worth the price of admission.
