While I loved ACOTAR, some elements in ACOMAF left me annoyed. Still I love this series. Pictured above are my signed copies which are my prized possessions.

This book was a complete surprise to me. Complicated characters which are neither good or bad will have to turning the pages. Really interesting plot and it even had me in tears at one point.. I haven't caught up on the rest of the series but I bought signed copies anyway.😇

The latest book, Blood Kiss by J. R Ward and it's a new series called Black Dagger Legacy. Have you read it yet? These books are a little hit and miss for but the legions of BDB fans would disagree.😳

misswendyd Heh. A miss for me, I'm afraid. But just about everyone I know loves them! 8y
Escapismfanatic @misswendyd I read the first book but didn't get blown away by it. By the second book, the silly names of the characters really got too much so I bailed. I prefer Kresley Cole's PNR more. 8y

I haven't read this series or the first book, but it seems pretty popular. What do you think guys? I've read Jenny Han's books before but was not particularly impressed. Missable or must read? 🙊💕

misswendyd I've heard the last book in the series does some terrible things to the characters. My friend Nomes on GoodReads really liked the books, but the last book really upset her. (She answered some spoilery questions for me on her review ages ago.) Hope that helps! 8y
KeepCalmWithBooksAndCoffee I haven't read it yet but I hear a lot of good things! 8y
Escapismfanatic @misswendyd I hate it when authors butcher their own characters to prolong the story. I'll shelf this for later. It just looks pretty, so people go gaga over it. 8y
Escapismfanatic @KeepCalmWithBooksAndCoffee I think I'll shelf it for now. Too many other books crying for be attention. But one day I'll give it a go...I think.😬 8y

If I ignore the first 150 pages this book was one of the best fantasy romance I've read in a long time. The tension was painful and spot on. Rhys was even better than I expected him to be but Feyre was another matter. Plus I think Tamlin was unfairly treated. Don't miss out on this adventure!

misswendyd Still need to find time to read it. (It's SO long!) great photo. 9y
Escapismfanatic @misswendyd Thanks.☺️It is long but it was worth it. It doesn't feel that long as it was pretty good. 9y

The last book in the Silver Blackthorn Trilogy was the finale I've been waiting for. Nicely wrapped the loose ends. Character development was consistent throughout the book but the best bit was the changing relationships between the friends and comrades enemies. For fans of Dystopian books.

Such a sweet, slow burning book. This series is great for people wants to try a regency romance but are put off by bodice rippers.😜This book took me by surprise, but the romance was really well done, with characters whom I could root for and Regency England was beautifully brought back to life.

This book was fabulous. It started slow but half way through I was biting my nails. Romance was underdeveloped but with memorable characters and all-consuming world building it was easily one of the best books of 2015. Can't wait for the next book!

A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas was one of my favourite book of 2015. 💃🏻 I cannot wait for ACOMAF. Heady romance, beautiful setting, smouldering love interest and heart stopping action! Fans of fantasy cannot miss this.

Have you guys read the new spin off series, The Titan by J L Armentrout? This is the second book, The Power, in which I've heard, Seth is all kinds of delicious. Haven't finished the original series so I have a long way to go before I can read this.

The legendary Nora Roberts' new book,The Obsession comes out on 14th April. A new romantic thriller and won't be surprising if its another bestsellers. I think the final cover will be amazing. Have you read any #noraroberts or #jdrobb books?

This book was excellent. Telling the story of the sister who was left behind, when the missing sister arrives, is it sibling rivalry or something more sinister. The last page had me in tears. This book made me a fan of Cat Clarke.

Check out the new covers of Jenny McLachlan's books. They are so eye catching and fun to read. They are screaming 'Read me' but I'll save them for summer as they look ideal for reading under the sun.
