Must read of the month. Or...well that's what I think, It is well written and it really keeps you tied to the chair once you start reading. Which is not an easy thing when you are reading a novel about bullysm written through the eyes of an adolescent that is exploring the mind of a sucidial school mate. It can fall into too pessimist, banal or not intriguing for an adult mind, don't take me for a cynic, I am not, this is a must read :)

Hello! It has passed lots of time since my last review! how are y'all doing? hope good! today I share to review, this is the first! This book is one of the last of Kathy Reichss's book I have read, I love her writing, the descriptions and the scientific truth a readear can find inside every book, almost like assist to a lecture. This particular one was quite heavy but seriously if you are into thrillers book, read this one!

I finished it yesterday, I loved for multiple reasons. One of them is the way how is written. It has a sonorous. The author has the ability of tangled three lives, or better said two with a short vision of a third, in a series of waves between allucinations and memories, merely thoughts with random conversations. A book inside a book, a life inside another. A must.

I admire very much the ability of the author to describe the psychology of her characters with a sublime variations from obvious predetermined acts to subtle hint from the incounscious mind. This novel, very different from the more famous series of the Neapolitan novels, is solemnly centered on one female character and the most important interactions are with two men completely different one from the other. Loved it.
