I thought this books journey was worth the beautiful ending. I'm glad I did this as a buddy read with @Sweettartlaura I think having someone to chat with along the way helped get through some of the 'wordy' chapters.

This has been on my TBR list for quite awhile. Then Stephen King reminded me to read it

Some reviewers have said this scenario is implausible and Grace is dumb, I say some people must not watch the news. I think on a much smaller level this type of psychological abuse happens every day in any town.

Starting this one today, hearing mixed reviews but I'll decide for myself. Update: pretty good story, just way too long.

Chock full of information and I was truly shocked by a lot of tidbits. Let's just say I will probably not be eating seafood at restaurants, and maybe not even from a supermarket. Don't even get me started on sushi...just avoid it.

Read this book! If you love crime stories, this one has it all. I'm new to this author and will be reading more.

Ho-hum. Wouldn't recommend it but wouldn't discourage it, just not for me.
