Weekend getaway got off to an amazing start. Along with a DYI bloody mary, I finished this fantastic book. It's a funny and romantic love story; an honest, perceptive observation on long-term relationships; a beautifully told refugee story that is equal parts relatable, inspiring, and heart-breaking; sprinkled with some magical realism, this book is EVERYTHING! Absolutely loved it.

That's a wrap on The Name of the Wind. An enjoyable read with a few standout scenes, but it didn't quite live up to expectations for me. I now want a spin-off trilogy with Devi as protagonist. 🤘
