Wow. If you like WWII books loosely based on real people or events - this is your book. It was dramatically written. Keeps your interest. And is based on a real person that I ended up looking the real person up for more reading.
This book is written so every other chapter is written by one of two people. So the ‘odd chapters are by one character and the even by another. This is not my cup of tea when trying to read. One character was going forward in time and one character was going backwards in tome. The ending was predictable by 50 pages in of this almost 450 page book.
The book took a bit to really hook me but once it did, it was suspenseful with different angles you wouldn‘t think of.
