My haul from Firestorm in Asheville, NC! Only one book this time because, well... did you see my other hauls? Regardless, this bookstore holds a special place in my heart, in part because it‘s my first queer (and feminist, anarchist, vegan etc) bookstore, and in part because it‘s just awesome. My haul from Books & Beans in Little Switzerland, NC!! I wasn‘t as impressed with this store as I‘d hoped - most of the books were in less-than-stellar condition. All the nonfic was hopelessly outdated. But after much combing, I did manage to find a few gems, including a first edition signed copy of Angel City and this beauty by Robert Graves. I had no idea this book existed, and my love of Graves and Sendak made this purchase a must. #ncbookspt2

My haul from Malaprop‘s in Asheville, NC!! I spent so much money they gave me a free ARC. My blind date with a book turned out to be Blood Child by Octavia E. Butler and HOLY SHIT DID I CHOOSE WELL!
