This is a very very weird book but one that I'd love to explore more. Great worldbuilding, not as much as high fantasy books normally has but enough to keep you wanting more.
A better book than its predecessor, it continues the adventure of our peculiar friends as they try to find ways to bring back Ms. Peregrine and stop the looming danger ahead.
Liked the idea of the "playlist" but it got disconnected halfway through the book. Loved the song choices though.
Based on a purportedly true story of an otaku, who one day begins dating the woman whom he defended from a drunk in a Tokyo train. The story was told in a series of internet chat room threads, where our protagonist shared his progress and crisis and received advice and sympathy from fellow netizens.
Surprisingly good! First written when the author was 11 years old, the novel clearly shows a colorful imagination of a child. Short yet full of possibilities.
