First, I saw the musical. After seeing that, I knew I had to read the book. Now, the book and musical are different, they have different endings and such. But, the book does make more sense than the musical and it's a great read regardless. It gives so much more depth.

This book is life. It's super funny, but can still make you cry. It appeals to all the awkward people out there who have absolutely no idea what they're doing with their lives. And as one of those people, it's a great read.

Another Chris Colfer novel. No regrets. This book is one of the best high school novels I've read. Carson Philips is sassy and at his wits end. It's an amazing book and never fails to make me laugh and cry. Also: the movie is just as good as the book.

Oh my good lord I LOVE this book. Not just because it's Chris Colfer. Being a mega fan, it's achingly relatable. It's hilarious and super fun. But the ending.... I was crying for days. This book is by far one of my all time favorites.
