Sadly, predictable and thoughtless. A great highlight of outdated norms, somehow approving toxic dating culture, pseudo stalking, gaslighting, and blackmailing strategies to make a woman fall in love with a narcissistic man. Pass on this one, ladies.

Incredibly honest, terrifying, and hopeful all at the same time. Took a break from fiction lately, and boy, this was a reality check. It reminded me of how wide the world is and how much we have in common. Here‘s to always asking questions and finding some answers.

The Spanish Love Deception was a classic chick lit novel with a spicy ending. I liked the concept of the plot but felt the characters‘ chemistry and development fell short. I also found the setting lacking in description, which constantly left me wondering, “Wait where are they? What does it look like?” I had high hopes for this one and feel disappointed with what could have been a real “must-have” - 3/5 ⭐️
