I enjoyed the film adaptation more than the novel. The book read a bit slower than I usually enjoy which is really my only complaint. The author definitely researched the habits of bats.

I‘m a big fan of the movie, but the novelization brought even more story to life. Prophecy weaves a tale of ecological horror and the folly of man set in a forest in Maine. I will not give too much away so all i will add is that if you enjoy horror then you will enjoy this.
