Pickpick

The Witch's Heart was actually very emotional. It took you on a rollercoaster of emotions from begining to end, which isn't what you'd expect from a fantasy but its what you get from this one. It was very interesting though with all that she gave birth to and all that was prophesied but I won't give that away. You'll have to read it to find that out, but it was an amazing book, if you ask me.

I'm loving this book so far. I'm 66% into it so far and it's so not what I expected. I thought it would be one of those books that I wouldnt get into or understand but I actually get everything that's going on and I'm totally into it.

Just about to start this book on my Kindle. Checked it out from Libby last night and going to start reading it in a few minutes. Anyone read it? Any thoughts? No spoilers please.

I can‘t sleep so I‘m reading this amazing fifth book of the series while my fiancé and my one dog sleeps beside me and my German Shepherd slips in and out of the room. Oh how I hate insomnia.

Nute I have insomnia frequently. I should start opting to read on its occurrence. Usually I just remain still in the bed and beg sleep to return. That never works. So next time I‘ll try reading!🙂 3y
alliworm88 @Nute it helps me because it starts to make my eyes become heavy and I soon fall asleep. I have to warn you though: sometimes it DOESNT help. Lol. Depends on how good the book is and how bad the insomnia is that night but usually it helps me. 3y

This book, although sad, opened my eyes to what the Jewish people of the that era had to go through and what they saw. I found this book full of raw emotion and family support in hard times. This is one book I did NOT want to put down once I started it.

Nute Yes! Literature will help to open our eyes to these horrific events. We must never forget the stories of our Jewish brothers and sisters.💕 Welcome to Litsy! It‘s a warm and friendly community. I know that you will enjoy yourself here. I‘m looking forward to getting to know you!🙂 3y
alliworm88 @Nute thank you. I love the art of literature and I have an obsession with this era for some reason. No matter how horrific that time was, it‘s like I have to know more, hear more stories, everything. 3y
