Pickpick

This book, although sad, opened my eyes to what the Jewish people of the that era had to go through and what they saw. I found this book full of raw emotion and family support in hard times. This is one book I did NOT want to put down once I started it.

Nute Yes! Literature will help to open our eyes to these horrific events. We must never forget the stories of our Jewish brothers and sisters.💕 Welcome to Litsy! It‘s a warm and friendly community. I know that you will enjoy yourself here. I‘m looking forward to getting to know you!🙂 3y
alliworm88 @Nute thank you. I love the art of literature and I have an obsession with this era for some reason. No matter how horrific that time was, it‘s like I have to know more, hear more stories, everything. 3y

It took me three weeks to read this book. It is highly emotionally exhausting. I am interested in literature about the Holocaust and The Third Reich, but unfortunately due to exam time I didn‘t really have the energy and concentration needed to read this book after another long day of studying. Tonight, I deliberately made time for it and finished it!

Another must-read, another powerful story that has to be told and remembered.
