If an extreme Hindu nationalist were to destroy all the buildings left by the British conquerors, such as Mumbai's main train station, what about the structures left by India's Muslim conquerors, such as the Taj Mahal ?

It was an amazing plot set by Jeffrey Archer, one of the finest storyteller (I have been a huge fan). The best thing I liked about the book is the magnificent details exploring the politics of countries like Russia, Britain and America. The climax was not at all what I expected but it was simply appalling.
Although I was looking for something to justify the depiction of two lives and it was nowhere.
Verdict : Enjoy the depiction.

Its an amazing read with a very emotional story and very interesting insights about geology and marine mammal life. The book is set in the remote islands of Sunderbans, India indulging readers into its simple life and challenges.
