#readingchallenge2016 completed! I had a solid reading year. I read more fantasy, westerns, and graphic novels than usual. Also a significant percentage of #homeschooling books. Neurotribes was the standout this year. #100books I'm ready for more!!
#readinggoal2016 #100books its down to the wire. I'm 97 books in. Virginia Woolf on the agenda today. I go from loving it to wanting to cry. It's been such a stressful week....holidays, food poisoning, kids puking their beds and peeing their pants and stepping in legos. I told my husband my eyes hurt from reading so he turned the Christmas tree on for extra light😐. 94 pages to go.
It's quite late and everyone is sleeping, but I'm soo sore from yesterdays #boxing class, plus #holidayanxiety is real. So a tub is happening. Hopefully some lavendar and #anneelliot will help me relax. 📖🛀 #austen #persuasion
Frantically trying to finish this #crochet afghan for my mother-in-law in time for Christmas. Her Grandma made the #grannysquares decades ago. I found the tote stacked with gorgeous grannies about 4 years ago, just sitting there, and told her I would be honored to finish it. Weaving ends, blocking, connecting, having babies, #breastfeeding sore wrists has all occured but I'm almost done!😀 #audiobook #heirloom
Finished up The Great Spiritual Migration today while waiting for The Tumbler at the rec center. It had some refreshing ideas about inclusion and love. ❤
Just spent an hour or so enjoying a shiny new library copy of #CarryThisBook by Abbi Jacobson. Full of hilarious speculations about what famous people are/were carrying around. The Amelia Earhart spread made me laugh pretty hard.
