SUCH AN UNDERRATED SERIES! I adored Air Awakens! The world building, the plot (think Avatar the Last Airbender meets fantasy 😂) and of course, that slow burn romance 😍 Plus, the covers are super pretty! Check out the first book if you have a thing for fantasy books! 9/10 ❤️

book_after_book @emarie325 same here! The paperbacks are so expensive, but I got Air Awakens on sale, so I was happy! I started the Loom saga! I really enjoyed the first book, looking forward to the sequel 😍🙌🏾 7y

Flame in the Mist | Ren�e Ahdieh

I was super excited to pick up Flame in the Mist! Mulan is one of my fave Disney films! So after hearing that the book was going to be a cross between Mulan and Robin Hood, I couldn't wait to get started! This book was a great start to the series! I really enjoyed seeing Mirako's character develop and the plot definitely kept me on my toes. I felt that the romance element was a little abrupt for me, but I still enjoyed the book overall! 7/10!

nicole_in_neverland I'd heard a Mulan retelling but not a cross between Mulan and Robin Hood.... I definitely think I have to add this to my tbr now! 7y
