My first Sarah Dessen book and a great one! Much like the main character, Sydney, I felt invisible for most of my teen life (I still do!). Dessen does a superb job at plugging into the emotions of her characters in a very authentic way. Loved it. ❤️

So good that when I talked my hubs (who NEVER reads) into giving it a try he couldn't put it down! Engaging, smart, and won't make you frustrated if you've already seen and loved the movie.
