This was an very encouraging book! It can be very relatable to many people. Katie Davis Majors encourages the audience to always turn to God in prayer no matter what they may be going though. If you are looking for a bit of encouragement. I highly recommend Daring to Hope and Katie's first book, Kisses from Katie .

The Hate U Give is a book everyone needs to read. It gives a unique perspective from a teenage girl, Starr, who lived through difficult times. Starr had to learn how to cope with the murders of her two best friends. She learned how to use her voice to fight for what she believed in and make a change for the better of the world. I believe that there is something in this book that everyone can take something away from.

I enjoyed reading this book because it opened my eyes to what any government could become if the citizens don't watch the government and those in charge.
