I hope more people pick up this book. Sam Sykes has done an excellent job building the story and suspense in this book. I‘m about a third of the way through it and loving it.
I finally finished this behemoth of a book only to discover that there was going to be a 4th book! I cannot wait to read it especially when I have so many questions brewing in my brain.
Currently 174 pages into this book and stunned by the events of the first part. The Books of Babel series is finally breaking me out of my reading slump!
pickWonderful read! I loved everyone‘s character development and was pumped to start the Hod King.
pickHad a slow start for me, but once I got more comfortable with the weird world of the Tower if Babel, the faster I was reading it. I really enjoyed the story, but I wished we saw more from Marya‘s perspective. Will be starting Arm of the Sphinx immediately after.
