I enjoyed this collection of short stories, though “Hippocampus“ doesn't really fit the style of the author that I've come to expect. “The Angels in London“ is beautifully grunge and “Always in Our Hearts“ gave me the suspenseful feeling that I crave.

All three short stories were pretty well-written, with “The Ancestors“ being my favorite. The author does a good job creating eerie atmospheres.
