A renowned rake, Cameron Mackenzie doesn't care if Ainsley Douglas has a virtuous excuse for sneaking around his bedchamber. He only cares that she's at his mercy. One kiss at a time, he plans to seduce her. But what starts out as a lusty diversion may break Cam's own rules.

Book 15 of #MountTBR - I just wanted to lay around the pool (not a beach person) and read this historical romance. As I do with most romances, I cried as it all came together for Cam and Ainsley. I really enjoyed the characters and will be going back to read the others in the Mackenzie series, especially Ian‘s and Hart‘s stories. #booked2018 #beachread #romantsy

Heatherfeather Ian's book really moved me! 6y
Bookzombie @Heatherfeather Thanks for sending this to me! Yes, Ian‘s sounds like it will be so good. 6y

Not as good as I remember it being but not a garbage fire either! I‘ll take it.

It's gotten pretty quiet at work, so I finished my two least listened two Mackenzie books. I can't recommend this series enough, it's my favorite thing to shove in people's hands. And it's mostly because the Mackenzie ladies are so calm and resolved and lovely ❤☕ Off to my Tessa Dare library hold, even though I have at least four actual books that need reading...

CoverToCoverGirl I love ❤️❤️❤️❤️ every book in that entire series I‘ve listened to them multiple times too! 7y
theresidentromantic @CoverToCoverGirl have you read the newest two, Daniel and Hart's son? I haven't read them because I'm not sure how I feel... 7y
CoverToCoverGirl Are you referring to “The Below Stairs” mysteries? If so, no I haven‘t read them, didn‘t realize they were connected to the MacKenzie series. 7y
theresidentromantic @CoverToCoverGirl I have the first book for those, that's ok, not amazing, no I meant the latest two Mackenzie books is Daniel's story and Hart's son Alec. Have you read those two? 7y

I like a troubled hero, and the Mackenzie men are certainly troubled. I‘m looking forward to Hart‘s story. #romantsy

A strong addition to the series, though I think I liked Lady Isabella (book 2) a smidge better.
