New book, new toy. My old toy, aka iPad with a blank black screen of death was replace today. Poor Malkin died last evening and is waiting to see if it can be revived. New iPad, along with new accessories, is named for now, Sid, and is working fine. #technologyisgreat

Mdargusch I have that pencil too and I never use it. What do you use yours for? 6y
writerlibrarian @Mdargusch I got my new iPad yesterday along with the pencil. I take notes in meeting so I think it will be useful for that but I haven't played with it yet 6y

Pickpick

For Latinx Hertiage Month, I wanted to read about a Latina detective. I made the right choice with this book Lupe is a great character, and even a better detective. That being said, what a great book. I liked the fact that the case was not about a murder. A lot of detective novels I've read are about murders so this was refreshing. I can't wait to read more from Garcia-Aguilera! #latinxheritagemonth #diversedetectives
