JanuarieTimewalker13 Yes!!!! Tulsa just became über cool in my head!!! ?? 7y
JanuarieTimewalker13 I‘ve just realized I drove right through Tulsa on Rt 40 back in 1991, we ate steak (yikes) at a place with a big steer mannequin (I guess you would call it) and our next stop was Amarillo, Tx, and I remember that I was a bit shocked at the tumbleweed, dirt kicking, type of town it was...actually I think we stayed at A place called the Shamrock...I wish I took more notes on that trip. It was one of the best experiences of my life. 7y
Crinoline_Laphroaig @JanuarieTimewalker13 Omg! A Sirloin Stockade! 7y

Crinoline_Laphroaig @JanuarieTimewalker13 If it had a giant cow outside it probably was. 7y
JanuarieTimewalker13 Yes! I google imaged it and sent it to my friend who was with me and he said, yes, that was the place! Lol. Wow. They have been around a long long time. 7y
JanuarieTimewalker13 I think we were in Ok City not Tulsa...bc that seems to be a more direct route to Shamrock. Forgive me for wading through the cobwebs of 26 years of gray matter..lol it‘s been fun!! Thank you!! 7y

This cookbook I own, but I must confess I haven't cooked a darn thing yet...not while the Snail is around!! This is the maple mustard tempeh with extra kale. It's glorious. Once we're in the middle of winter, I will definitely attempt a few of the recipes! Ok, part 2 of my Sunday starts now...🙂🐾

Alfoster Yum!! 8y
JanuarieTimewalker13 @Alfoster yes!! Totally yummy! If you're ever in NYC, they have a small resto in The Pennsy👍🏽 8y
