A lot has happened in my life since picking up this book so it took me a while to get through. However, I appreciated that it seemed to reflect the highs and lows in my own life. The Count is truly a special character. And I‘m glad #litsymademedoit

Nute I think that I read in another post that I need to congratulate you. Thank you for what you do. Stay safe out there, Ms. Rachel!💕 1mo
Copwithabook @Nute thank you so much! 1mo

Leftcoastzen Cute kitty!😻This has been on my TBR for a long time! 1mo
Librariana I'm with @Nute - Congratulations on your phenomenal accomplishment! 😊🎉🎉🎉 (I wanna call you 'Detective' already but I imagine we have to wait?? Before my husband sowed on Master Sergeant, they would add a 'Select' to the end of the rank 🤷🏽‍♀️ Then again, I'm a civilian and understand very little about that stuff 😁) 1mo
Copwithabook @Leftcoastzen Bean the cat says thank you. He is the most photogenic member of our household 1mo
Copwithabook @LiteraryinLititz and @Librariana thank you. I start in that position on Dec.2. My family is excited that I will be home for Christmas 1mo

Happy 4th! I'm so excited to dig into this one today. I'm glad that I recently joined this community and began branching out and adding more variety to the types of books that I now enjoy. Romance is still a newer genre for me, so before #litsymademedoit I probably would've missed out on this delightful read.

I would have never picked this up had it not been for Litsy! #litsymademedoit

A short, captivating book about loyalty, family and how far you would go to protect them.

This was definitely a case of #litsymademedoit or #blameitonlitsy since I'm not sure if I would have picked it up otherwise. Or known it was a book since people talk about the movie.
I really liked it even though it was really creepy and not what I consider to be my cup of tea. This was a really disturbing read to be honest, but if you're up for something that will give you the chills give it a go. Malory is a hero!
Now I need to watch that movie.

Loved, loved, loved this book. I especially loved that it didn't seem rushed. I know it's a chunkster, but I don't mind when the time is taken to give every character depth. This was definitely a #litsymademedoit read even though it falls in my genre. Thanks for this recommendation! 5/5

sprainedbrain I loved this one, too! I think the sequel comes out this year. 😃 9mo
WhatThePuck @sprainedbrain Goodreads says January. Less than a year-ish, but 2020 all the same. 😄 9mo
