Mehso-so

Most of the issue is the question of potential. This book had a lot of pieces and concepts that could have worked really well but fell flat. I did read it to the end though.

Mehso-so

So this has been on my tbr for six years so i figured: why not?

I think i should‘ve left it that way but it‘s okay. It was a great historical piece. I couldn‘t care for the characters and i felt a lot of the plot was very “forest of coincidence.”

But i loved the setting and the atmosphere. Hated the insta-love.
