This is actually a sort of new age woo woo memoir, of which a significant chunk is about the author‘s 8 year stint as a caretaker for the dying. She does have an unconventional and interesting life, and a very kind and generous way of viewing the world. The stories from her caretaking days are the best part of the book. But the writing is mediocre and it veers towards self help territory. I wish it had been focused more on what the title suggests.
