wow this book was intense. I read this for #LitsyAtoZ letter X. I hadn't heard of it before. I was looking for another book and came across this one. This YA book festures a gay Muslim teen facing sexual, physical, and emotional abuse TW TW TW This is a very compelling read. I couldn't put it down even though it was a bit heavy handed at times and YAish in that way in which everything conveniently works out. @BookishMarginalia hope u r doing ok
