VilÄŤnik is an award winning Slovenian author (poet, playwright, screenwriter). His works are mainly socio-critical, sometimes satirical. The book in the picture (not the same as in the tag) is a fiction with elements of magic and is set in the city where I live - Maribor. I don't know nothing more about content, but it's the next book on my reading menu.
