Vilčnik is an award winning Slovenian author (poet, playwright, screenwriter). His works are mainly socio-critical, sometimes satirical. The book in the picture (not the same as in the tag) is a fiction with elements of magic and is set in the city where I live - Maribor. I don't know nothing more about content, but it's the next book on my reading menu.

As I live in rural Nova Scotia, I had to refer to Goodreads to recall books set in this province. (Aside from The Glittering World, as I remembered it on my TBR). My brain is clearly slow this morning, because once I saw the list I realized I'd read a bunch. (Except the Birth House, that's been on my TBR for what seems like forever).
