Meh

so-so

This one was ok, as far as horror novels go. The main plot was pretty standard, but I really did like the flashbacks into the life of the little girl; the breadth of description and creepiness of the narrative in those sections kept me reading. I didn't find it so much frightening as chilling and sad.
