7 posts | 15 read | 5 to read
A terror born of Jack the Ripper The details of the crime scene are no coincidence. The bodya promising starlethas been battered, bloodied and then discarded between two of Manhattan's oldest graveyards. One look and Detective Jude Crosby recognizes the tableau: a re-creation of Jack the Ripper's gruesome work. But he also sees something beyond the actions of a mere copycat. Something more dangerousand unexplainable. As the city seethes with suspicion, Jude calls on Whitney Tremont, a member of the country's preeminent paranormal investigating team, to put the speculation to rest. Yet when Whitney and Jude delve deeper, what they discover is more shocking than either could have predicted, and twice as sinister

Third in the series and time to step away. Although all the boxes were checked for a fun genre read there seemed to be some glaring errors in the text. Does that come from too many male characters with names that begin with a "J"? Sadly I won't get to learn how the original members of the Krewe fair in the coupling department but I have a few more hopefully better edited titles to read.

Quite enjoyable. But there‘s some typo error and some informations were missing. It ended quite abruptly. #paranormal #paranormalromance #paranormalsuspense #heathergraham #romanticsuspense

I've always had a fascination with Jack the Ripper and serial killers in general so this book of course intrigued me. I liked how fact and fiction was blended, how the romance was there but not overt and in your face, and the paranormal twists just made everything so much more haunting and creepy. All in all a good book. I really enjoyed it and really what more can you ask for?

Texreader Her books are short enjoyable reads. I haven't read this one. But I generally like her books when I read them. 8y
Witchy_Book_Dragon I feel the same way about her stuff. 8y
