This was a soft pick. I enjoyed the overall premise, but it definitely felt a bit too YA at times. I wanted it to be darker.
Picture with my youngest son while camping. Love spring camping! No bugs yet.

3✨I really appreciated how different this was from other vampire stories. It was more zombie like which I loved. There was quite a bit of back in forth in the timeline, which I always struggle with. There was one character I absolutely didn‘t like, and others that I just didn‘t remember. Overall, it had a good storyline and characters that matured (for the most part). #HTBookClub
Kaleb out here, hanging out on the actual edge of a cliff, the world's biggest drama queen
It‘s been a while since I‘ve read a smutty book on audio. every time smutty things were happening the hubby would walk in. 😆
I really liked this one. Set in the UK, Dina is a kitchen witch and imbues magic into her baked goods. Her best friend is getting married at a country house and her friends keep trying to set her up with Scott. She doesn‘t date because there is a hex on her and everyone she dates ends up getting hurt.
Finished jn April

Starting the Frank Quinn series tonight- long overdue🤗
A super quick, gripping story.
Hill inherited his father's knack for eerie topics that makes you wonder if just maybe all of this could be real.
Also #CoverLove 😍.

I am finally feeling up to getting back to the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. The next book to read in the series is Lover Mine. Which I am going to read in May. Is anyone interested in staying on the tag list? Let me know if you would like to be added.

Not great. The set up is so weird, not 100% it even makes sense. Some characters were nearly interchangeable not stand out archetypes like the original cast. And the villains themselves were good but the villain POV was a waste. But Blake does a great job with the banter from the OG characters, I love the nostalgia of it, and the new scoobies are left with quite a mystery so I‘ll likely continue.
