When this movie came out in 1993, I was so struck with the painfully sad story that I hunted down the novelization when it was released a few months later. To this day, I still play Mark Nyman's musical score. #lyricalapril #bittersweetsymphony

Betty_Bookworm I loved that movie too and the soundtrack as well. In college I used to joke that I wanted to write novelizations of films that were based on novels. Haha. They actually exist. 😜 7y
Suet624 Oh my gosh. That movie. Slayed me. I haven't been able to watch it again. The composer does have some other music. He came to our town a number of years ago with an orchestra and it was amazing. I still listen to this soundtrack. 7y

Suet624 I just looked and the other album I have by him is from 1994. However, I see he has clips on YouTube, he is still composing and going on tour. 7y
