This is Puffin Island #0.5. A quick, fluffy, no-angst read. Lily Rose is an eternal optimist that believes in a fairy-tale kind of love; Nik is one of those grouchy noncommittal types. After having her heart broken, Lily convinces Nik to have no strings attached “rebound sex” except they both have trouble following the rules and their feelings get in the way. This story has great banter, backstory, and humor with a very tidy ending. #romantsy

My sweet Grandma (Helen❤️) got Harlequin romances in the mail every few weeks. She had so many of them and read so often that my Grandpa built her a full-size room with wall to wall, ceiling to floor shelves. JUST for her Harlequins! This is one of my favorite things about her.

I wonder how she‘d have enjoyed audiobooks? Knowing she could keep going with her story when she was cooking, etc.

But seriously, a Harlequin-only romance room! 😂

A well-written HQN Presents saved the weekend! An eternal optimist hooks up with a (wealthy) reserved pessimist and sparks fly. I've heard good things about Sarah Morgan and she didn't disappoint.
