teacher could use the story to open up conversation about who are founding fathers were, and what rule they played in creating our government. Students could research founding fathers, and report to class.

This is a extremely basic way to introduce the youngest kids to our founding fathers. Lots of important people in history are mentioned, even though the entire books makes years of events sound like a day. The illustrations are simple, but they work. Overall I think the book works and would like to see more in this series.
