Advertised as “witty“ and even “hilarious,“ and being compared to books by Malcolm Gladwell, I expected to be much more interested/fulfilled. I was practically bored to death. Gilbert isn't nearly as witty as he thinks himself, and he beats every idea/example to death. Bottom line: we're lousy at predicting what will make us happy and largely disinterested in choosing more wisely. [See more in comments.]
