⭐️⭐️ The Last Interview (and Other Conversations) series is usually very enjoyable, but this Salinger version - considering his well-documented reclusiveness - truly grasped at straws. It‘s mostly just a collection of articles written by a few folks fortunate enough to have met him, even just briefly. Some are quite annoying, tbh. It closes with a word from the small press publisher who pissed away the opportunity to publish Hapworth. Poor guy.
