I loved this book. Reading excerpts of Russian literature that included Russian cuisine left me satisfied, as if I had eaten everything. The book also individualized the republics of USSR and how the different tastes submerged. I finally made cabbage soup for #Russia from @Texreader Pinterest board. It was so comforting and delicious. I will definitely be adding this to my winter cuisine. #FoodandLit @Catsandbooks
