Last night I was part of a new works festival. Every year I get there early so I can have a sundae for dinner. This year I got the apple fritter and it was amazing.

This was a sweet and thoughtful read. I‘m all for embracing my inner child (mostly still giggling at burps and farts) but this made me remember the ease that we can put back into our lives with a little positive thinking, confidence in ourselves and a smile plastered on our faces.

This is a dipper so I‘m reading bits in between my fiction picks. Quite enjoying the writing and will be working on a more positive attitude!!

So there is a new works festival that I got to participate in this year. It takes place near a great ice cream shop. For my only visit (they are only open for the summer), I got the smore sundae. This thing is actual heated up with a torch and lit on fire for serving. So good and I got to keep the cup.
