OH MY GOODNESS @ErickaS_Flyleafunfurled !!!! YOU ARE THE MOST AMAZING PEN PAL!!! I am dying, I wish you could see my face today when my father texted me telling me there was a Mardi Gras Cake waiting for me! Also, California heat ruins everything (it was 67 at 9 am this morning).... but I‘m about to smash this for dinner!! It smells like HEAVEN!!! @LitsyPenPals #PenPal #Spoiled

ErickaS_Flyleafunfurled Im so happy the king cake arrived ok!! Not sure if you‘re familiar with them or not, but we eat them like crazy during Mardi Gras season. All kinda flavors - chantilly, zulu (choc and coconut), bavarian cream, etc. There‘s usually a tiny plastic baby inside, and if you get the piece with the baby you‘re supposed to bring the next king cake. Let me know how you like it!! 6y

HotMessJess @ErickaS_Flyleafunfurled it‘s delicious! Tuck cut it open and put the baby inside (it came on the outside because of choking hazards 😳. It‘s like a delicious cinnamon roll!! They are so fun- I need to come visit for Mardi Gras so I can try it IN PERSON :D 6y
