This book needs a warning. It is considered #splatterpunk. This sub-genre of horror aims to create work that is far worse than grisly and gory. If you don't like cruelty to animals in your books, then this is a definite book to avoid. That aside, once I digested it, I actually enjoyed some of the more curious base elements of humanity.
