He's certainly not a regular human being, he considers himself above every other person on the planet & views us as pretty much like prey. He gains sustenance through people by killing them in horrible ways and then, in the ultimate act of consumption, he eats them. Killer Klown/Alien doesn't begin to describe his monstrousness.
