I read some BATGIRL on a lovely, warm hilltop.

Pickpick

A huge improvement on the first volume, this one has some trouble wrapping up its story but is otherwise rock solid. I particularly liked creating a villain that functions as an indictment of Silicon Valley faux-liberalism and the unintentional cruelty of ‘disruption‘ culture. Babs has developed one of comics best supporting casts thanks to Gail Simone‘s run, and Larson finally uses it effectively. I dig it.

Mehso-so

I may have to give up this series. It's more Cameron Stewart than Gail Simone, and I hated the Stewart run. At least I got it from Hoopla and didn't pay money for it. #LitsyPartyofOne
