pickWhile reading these poems, I had a feeling like there was something simmering underneath. There is grief and frustration, but also an anger that seems barely contained, like a pot about to boil over. The focus is on the natural world, loss of love and friendship, and the loneliness of just being human. We can all, however, find something that connects us in these poems.
