This is a great biography that I would use in my classroom, not to show how she was a fashion icon and an amazing actress, but how her kindness changed the world and the people around her.

She is most known for her appearance in “Breakfast at Tiffany's.“ This biography includes her life before all that, and how she grew up in a Nazi-occupied Europe. She learned that kindness surpasses all and spreading love is the best thing to do. This book encourages children to be kind and never let mean people get to you. The illustrations reflect accurate facts.

I love the pastel and french-y illustrations with watercolor. Really helps to emphasize Audrey's whimsical personality.

The book then goes into all of the organizations she was apart of like UNICEF and how she spoke in front of congress. Great book!
