“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.“
This book shares the story of Martin Luther King Jr's life and the role he played in the Civil Rights Movement who delivered a powerful speech that changed the world.
This book is very informative about the life of Martin Luther King Jr.
Martin Luther King Jr., had a dream - a dream that all people could live together in peace and be treated equally. And though he died over fifty years ago, his dream lives on.
I enjoyed the table of contents as this makes it easier for students to find an area they want to explore more about MLK Jr.
My students love these books as they have been working on a research project in ELA. I was curious to read a few of these books myself to see what type of information is presented in the book and how it is formatted. I thought the book did an excellent job organizing MLK Jr. life with different headings/chapters. The table of contents makes it easier for students to pinpoint an area of his life they want to explore more.
This B about Martin Luther King Jr. This book is written in a way that provides a lot of information about who MLK Jr. Was. It includes interesting details that kids would like to know like how his father changed their names when he was younger. This book is good for IR. #UCFSU19

Sharing my favorite MLK Jr quote. We cannot let the horrible things going on today become “normal”.
