Welcome to Litsy!

I love the premise of this book, but the storytelling just seemed clunky to me. I have a hard time pinpointing what I didn't like about it, but there was a nagging frustration for me through most of the book. I wanted more: more world-building, more background, more character development, just...more. Maybe that "more" comes in the remaining books of the series. I'm interested enough in the story that I may continue, but probably not right away.

This is off to a better start than the last book I tried.
